This programme looks at the creative skills a video editor requires and also considers some of the practical aspects of post production using non-linear digital techniques.
A range of specially shot drama and documentary examples are used to illustrate; types of shot and which to choose, jumps in time and location, cutting an interview, how editing affects meaning, sound, music and digital effects.
